Get a dedicated phone number and begin taking calls today. We give you coded buttons for your existing website so customers can make paid calls and paid chats.
With Professional you accept all major credit cards through our merchant account. Payouts happen on the 25th of each month for the previous month’s earnings.
Optionally, connect your own merchant account: each day’s earnings post to your account daily, and Paid Connections charges 0% and no transaction fees. You negotiate processing with your merchant bank (typically 2.9%–5% depending on your industry). Your merchant account needs a Payflow Pro or Authorize.net gateway. This upgrade is a $150 setup fee and $50 monthly.
You can also use your own custom domain name for a $150 setup fee and $50 monthly. Pricing includes unlimited extensions for as many agents as you need. Additional toll-free or local numbers are $10 setup and $5 monthly on Professional or Unlimited plans.

PC Professional is a web-based phone and chat service that lets companies provide information, advice or entertainment by phone and web chat. Set per-minute or flat-rate charges and adjust the percentage or per-minute rate your agents receive. Advisors (or the system admin) set the rate, and PC Professional processes the calls, chats and payments, with real-time reports and full chat transcripts stored for you and your customers.

One setup fee covers everything
Your $300 setup fee covers programming, hosting, billing, software, real-time tracking and customer support, plus the monthly maintenance fee. You don’t need your own merchant account, but you’ll need a website to launch your call center from.
Customize your graphics and audio
We provide starter buttons for your website; custom buttons work best, and we can design them at $50/hour. Use the system out of the box with pre-recorded greetings, or customize them by phone or by uploading .wav files.

A live chat operator is available 9am–5pm Pacific, Monday through Friday, or call (888) 439-8984 for support and ordering. Messaging and voicemail are built in, by phone or web.
80% payouts, the highest in the industry
You receive 80% of everything you make through your advisors and members. You control their per-minute rate and percentage, and we charge just 20% of each payout made to you.
