Callers never see your personal name or information, only your screen name. PaidCommunications is a web-based phone service that lets companies provide information, advice or entertainment by phone; advisors (or the system admin) set the rate, and the platform processes the calls and payments.
Voice Verification
Your extension includes Voice Verification for fraud protection that greatly reduces chargebacks. After a caller enters their card details, they say their name as it appears on the card. The recording is stored for 12 months with a date and time stamp, which helps when disputing a chargeback.
